Design research for a bike parking for the city of Lille.

The bike parking had to be easily transportable and of course, be both practical and safe for bikes.

The bench part provides a seating place for passers-by and protects the front wheel of bikes against theft.

It has the same footprint as a car’s parking space but can fit up to 8 bikes.
